Particle Filter

The Particle Filter is used to protect critical orifices, flow controllers, valves and air sampling canisters from particulates.  Our particle filters come in 2 formats; inline and disk filters.  There are several sizes available.  

• Disk Particle Filter: used during Grab Air Sampling and available in 2μm, 7μm and 10μm.  There are three Disk Particle Filters in a pack.  Simply push the disk shaped filter into a 1/4" nut and screw onto the sample inlet, critical orifice or flow controller.

• Inline Particle Filter: This 316 stainless steel filter is designed to collect particles larger than 2μm and 7μm. It is used during Passive Air Sampling.  We offer treated and stainless steel versions (1/4″ compression fitting on both ends).
