Return Policy
You may return an item(s) within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to return an item purchased please contact us via phone, 866-950-2436, or email us to receive a RFR number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
- The customer is responsible for the cost of shipment to return the items to United Chemists, Inc.
- We encourage our customers to use a shipment method that provides tracking information.
- All returns must be new, unused condition and contain all original parts and components.
- We will not accept or refund any items that have been damaged, used, or do not contain all original parts and components.
- We will not issue any refunds on products that were damaged after delivery.
- Returns and/or refunds on custom and special order items are not allowed.
- Any items returned to United Chemists, Inc. without an RFR number on the outside of the box will not be processed and will be discarded.
- A 10% Restock Fee will be charged for all returns.
- We do not refund shipping on returned items, nor do we offer store credit.
If you wish to avoid the restocking fee, simply place a new order online prior to returning your item(s). However, you must still contact us for an RFR number. If your return comes back to us damaged we will follow the above outlined policy and no refund will be issued. We encourage our customers to package their return carefully as to avoid any damages in transit back to us.
Order Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to ship all orders within one business day of receiving the order; therefore most of our orders begin to be processed within the first few hours of receipt. If you contact us via phone or email to cancel your order prior to it being processed we will gladly cancel your order free of charge. However, if your order has already been processed for shipment we will not be able to cancel your order. You may return the order in accordance with our regular return policy.
